As a Healdsburg resident I have to say I think Foss Creek Villas is the best deal going. Not only could you have a second home (vacation home) in the wine country but a great investment to boot. I’ve lived in Healdsburg since 1993 and purchased a home then. It has been by far (even in this market) been the best investment I’ve ever made. With the market down it’s an even better time to buy especially in Healdsburg. We are in the Heart of the Wine Country. The town is safe, beautiful and simply wonderful. I think it’s the best place in the world to live. Don’t hesitate to come see these fully, newly (2008) renovated condominiums.
